President Tweety McTreason railed against Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and the Green New Deal during a campaign event in Pennsylvania on Thursday.

Trump told the crowd that the congresswoman is just “another beauty” who “probably never studied” the environment.

“AOC, that’s another beauty,” Trump said. “She’s the designer of the Green New Deal. She knows nothing about the environment. She probably never studied. If I asked her, how many hours have you taken on the environment?”

AOC responded to the attack on Twitter Thursday night, writing: “Wow, really heartbroken to hear what a guy who thinks “windmill cancer” is a thing thinks about my climate policy.”

“Anyways check out our Green New Deal plan for Public Housing, we worked w/ scientists, building trade workers & NYCHA residents to write it,” she wrote, including a link to the plan.

Last year, Trump unleashed an unhinged attack against wind power, claiming without a shred of evidence that the noise emitted by the structures causes cancer.

“Hillary wanted to put up wind. Wind!” Trump said, referring to the energy policies proposed by his 2016 opponent Hillary Clinton.

“If you have a windmill anywhere near your house, congratulations, your house just went down 75 percent in value. And they say the noise causes cancer,” the president said while delivering remarks at the National Republican Congressional Committee’s annual spring dinner. He offered no evidence to support the claim.
