Police, armored vehicles, and ATF agents responded to a “critical incident” at the MillerCoors campus in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Wednesday afternoon.
Local news reports indicated multiple casualties following an active shooter situation. According to WISN 12, a local ABC affiliate, at least two people are dead, including the shooter, and others shot. Law enforcement have yet to confirm those details.
Police responded to the beer manufacturer’s campus shortly after 2 p.m. local time.
Video footage of the scene showed a massive police presence, including armored vehicles, tactical officers, police tape and other emergency units. Federal agents from ATF were also on site.
According to Miller Coors’ website, its campus is a gun free zone and concealed carry weapons are not allowed on site.
Nearby high schools were placed on lockdown.
